VACUUM SEQUENCING VALVE
For effective conveying.
Vacuum Sequencing Valves allow one Vacuum Power Unit to fill an array of receiving vessels, typically feeding extruders. They are activated one at a time so that the full power of the Vacuum Power Unit is used to fill the vessel as quickly as possible.
Standard Features:
-
The vented style of vacuum sequencing valves is usually mounted to the top of the receiving vessel, and connects to a tee in the vacuum line. This style of valve releases (or vents) the vessel to atmosphere when it is closes.
-
The tee style of vacuum sequencing valve is usually mounted in the vacuum line itself, integrating the tee needed in the valve itself.
