The heart of an O. A. Newton system is the Blending of ingredients to produce Compound for extrusion. We offer high, medium, and low intensity mixing for batch or continuous operation.
In batch systems the ingredient metering and scaling is designed around a "batch ready" concept, thus eliminating the possibility of producing a bad batch. Maximum efficiency and throughput rates are achieved by designing for low batch cycle times.
Our custom design capabilities allow us to "fit" a system into your existing footprint. With over 34 blend plants in operation, we offer our combined experience to provide you with a cost-effective solution.
